Important Information for Applicants
Hello, and thank you for your interest in applying to Keen Formation.

We're currently accepting applications for those interested in raiding end-game content in The Burning Crusade.

Please take care in filling out this application.

Spelling and grammar are taken into consideration, and applications that do not show a sufficient amount of effort may be disregarded outright.

Things to consider before applying to raid with Keen Formation:

1) We strive to be the best guild that we can, in terms of raiding and socially. To accomplish these goals members can be removed from raids or from guild at any time, and for any reason.

2) If your application to raid with us is accepted it is so on a trial basis. You will remain at the rank of Trial Raider for between 2 and 4 weeks, until we are satisfied that you have demonstrated sufficient prowess at your class, and that you are able to work with our raid in a cohesive manner.

3) During Trial Raider status you are entitled to no loot unless it is passed to you by current raiders, or if the raid leadership deems that it would benefit the raid most for the item to go to a trial raider.

4) As a raider in Keen Formation you are not entitled to a raiding spot 100% of the time. We try to overpopulate our raids so that we are able to min-max groups for certain encounters, and so that we never have to cancel raids due to lack of attendance. We also will on occasion sit raiders that do not need loot in favor of a raider that would have a chance at an item from certain encounters.

5) At Keen Formation raids you are expected to display proper raid behavior. This behavior includes being online, and on time for raids that you are expected to be at. Being fully repaired and having any necessary reagents for the raid on your character before the raid begins. You should also have any necessary consumables (Food Buff, 2x Elixirs or a Flask, and a weapon buff of some sort) ready before the raid, and be fully buffed for every raid encounter, no exceptions.

6) Keen Formation expects that it's members display a certain quality of behavior, both in and out of our raids. This includes being respectful to socials, raiders, officers, and players that are not in Keen Formation. We take the actions of our members very seriously and if there is proof of an infraction, even when not in a KF raid, the member will be subject to punishment up to and including removal from the guild.

7) Keen Formation expects that it's members are to raid 25 mans with ONLY KF. If it is shown that a member is raiding 25 mans out of guild this is grounds for immediate removal from the guild. 5 and 10 mans are encouraged to be done with members from other guilds.

We raid from 7:00PM - 11:30PM Monday through Thursday every week. Will you be able to make these raids?

If you will not be able to make every raid please specify which days or times will conflict with your current schedule, and the possibility of these conflicts being resolved in the future.
Have you had leadership experience (Officer, Raid Leader, Class Leader, etc.) in any past WoW guilds or other MMO guilds.
Do you have any alts on this server or other servers?
